1. Service Coverage
1.1 Geographic Coverage
We provide domestic shipping throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is available to over 120 countries worldwide, including Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most countries in Europe and Asia. Some remote or embargoed regions may be excluded.
1.2 Transport Methods
- Air transport: Express and standard air freight for urgent and time-sensitive shipments.
- Ocean freight: Full container load (FCL) and less-than-container load (LCL) options for international shipments.
- Road transport: Domestic trucking and last-mile delivery services across the continental U.S.
- Rail transport: Bulk and intermodal rail freight for select domestic and cross-border shipments.
1.3 Service Limitations
Service may be limited in remote, rural, or embargoed areas. Deliveries may be delayed during severe weather, natural disasters, or peak holiday seasons. Hazardous or restricted items may not be eligible for all destinations.
2. Shipping Rates and Charges
2.1 Rate Calculation
Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipment’s weight, dimensions, destination, service level, and transport method. Oversized or overweight items may incur additional fees.
2.2 Additional Charges
- Fuel surcharges are applied based on current market rates and may fluctuate monthly.
- Handling fees apply to fragile, hazardous, or oversized items.
- Insurance and declared value charges are available for added protection.
- Customs duties and taxes apply to international shipments as determined by the destination country.
- Delivery attempt fees may apply after the first unsuccessful delivery.
- Storage and detention charges may apply for delayed pickups or deliveries.
2.3 Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and business checks. Invoicing is available for approved business accounts.
3. Packaging Requirements
3.1 General Packaging Standards
All shipments must be securely packaged in sturdy, undamaged boxes or containers. Packages should be sealed and labeled clearly with the recipient’s address and contact information.
3.2 Special Item Requirements
- Fragile items must be cushioned and marked as “Fragile.”
- Hazardous materials require approved packaging and documentation per DOT and IATA regulations.
- Temperature-sensitive goods must be shipped with appropriate insulation and cooling packs.
- Oversized and overweight items must comply with carrier-specific guidelines and may require palletization.
4. Delivery Terms and Conditions
4.1 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by service level and destination. Domestic shipments typically arrive within 1–7 business days. International shipments may take 5–21 business days, depending on customs clearance.
4.2 Delivery Attempts
We make up to two delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local facility for pickup or returned to sender. Recipients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
4.3 Special Delivery Instructions
Signature may be required for high-value or sensitive shipments. Special delivery instructions can be provided at the time of booking.
5. Liability and Insurance
5.1 Carrier Liability
Standard carrier liability is limited to $100 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased. Liability does not cover prohibited or improperly packaged items.
5.2 Insurance Options
Additional insurance is available for declared values up to $10,000 per shipment. Please request insurance at the time of booking.
5.3 Claims Procedure
Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Please provide photos, proof of value, and a description of the issue. Claims are processed within 30 days.
6. International Shipping
6.1 Customs and Documentation
All international shipments require a commercial invoice and may require additional documentation depending on the destination. The shipper is responsible for accurate customs declarations.
6.2 Duties and Taxes
Duties and taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not control or estimate these charges.
6.3 Restricted Destinations
We do not ship to countries under U.S. embargo or sanctions, including North Korea, Iran, Syria, and Cuba. Additional restrictions may apply for certain regions.
7. Customer Responsibilities
7.1 Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses, contact details, and package descriptions. Incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges.
7.2 Package Preparation
Customers are responsible for proper packaging, labeling, and providing all required documentation for their shipments.
7.3 Compliance
Customers must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and shipping restrictions for both origin and destination countries.
8. Service Modifications and Cancellations
8.1 Shipment Changes
Shipment details, including delivery address and service level, may be modified prior to dispatch. Additional fees may apply.
8.2 Cancellation Policy
Shipments may be canceled before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations after pickup may incur a return or restocking fee.
9. Force Majeure and Service Disruptions
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, or government actions.
10. Policy Updates and Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
